LOGGING
Add an exercise.
During a workout, tap "+ Add Exercise" to open the picker. Search by name, filter by muscle or equipment, or create a custom exercise.
During a workout, tap + Add Exercise at the bottom of the list. The exercise picker opens.
There are three ways to find what you need:
- Search by name using the top bar.
- Filter by muscle group: chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, or core.
- Filter by equipment: barbell, dumbbell, cable, machine, or bodyweight.
Recently used exercises appear at the top when no search or filter is active.
Tap an exercise to add it to your workout. To create a custom exercise that is not in the built-in library, tap + New and fill in the name, muscle group, equipment, and measurement type.
