Stall detected.
When your top set on an exercise hasn't improved across the last 3 sessions, Tillen marks the exercise as stalled and offers a deload action.
When your top set on an exercise has not improved over the last 3 sessions, Tillen marks the exercise as stalled. A panel appears below the exercise on the active workout screen.
You have two actions:
- Deload drops all uncompleted normal sets to 90% of the stalled weight, rounded down.
- Dismiss hides the panel for this session.
A stall only counts working weight on the top set. Failed reps within a single session do not trigger it. Only flat-or-down weight across 3 completed sessions does.
Toggle stall detection in Settings → Training.
