View past workouts.
The History tab lists every completed workout. Tap any to see the full set log, session note, and PR badges. Redo Workout copies it as a fresh session.
The History tab lists every completed workout, newest first. Each row shows the date, name, duration, exercise count, and total volume.
Tap a workout to open the detail view. You will see the full exercise list, every completed set with its weight, reps, and type, the session note, and any PR badges earned that session.
To repeat a past workout, tap Redo Workout in the detail view. A blank workout opens with the same exercises and set configurations, all uncompleted. This is useful when you want to repeat a routine without saving it as a template first.
To delete a workout, swipe its row left in the History list and confirm. A brief undo window appears in a snackbar.
