Save a workout as a template.

Templates are reusable routines that store a name, an exercise list, and any pre-configured set rows. To save the current workout as a template, tap the menu in the workout header and pick Save as template.

Tillen snapshots the exercise list along with any pre-configured set rows including weight, reps, and type. The template then appears in the Templates tab.

To run a template, open the Templates tab, tap the template, and pick Run Template. A blank workout opens with the exercises and pre-filled set rows. The sets are uncompleted, so you log reps and weight as you go.

You can edit a template at any time. Tap it, pick Edit, and change the name, exercises, or set configurations.
