Estimated 1RM.

Tillen estimates your one-rep max from your working sets using the Epley formula:

1RM = weight × (1 + reps / 30)

Example: 100 kg × 5 reps → estimated 1RM of ~117 kg.

For bodyweight exercises (pull-ups, dips), bodyweight is added to the load. For assisted exercises, the assist weight is subtracted. Both rely on a current bodyweight value — log it in Profile → Measurements → Bodyweight.

Estimated 1RMs appear in stats and trigger 1RM PRs at workout end. Toggle the display in Settings → Training → Show 1RM estimates.
